On the O'Reilly show, Bill was talking about discrimination and prejudice and how ridiculous the student civil right acts is. They talked about a referendum about to stop student civil rights act. The student civil rights act would protect all California students from harassment and bias in public schools based on their gender identity or sexual orientation. Another point talked about the law was what if a trans gender boy was allowed to go into a girls restroom. Bill also pointed out that if that they were talking about sexual reproduction in Biology class between men and females that the person who may be gay could ask about how it works between homosexuals. The referendum will defiantly help the general public in this decision making.
