The film follows Nick throughout his many situations in which he can easily turn any argument around in favor of himself and tobacco. This keeps the movie flowing and comical. As the movie goes on, it seems as if Nick begins to realize the effects his job may have on his son and his relationship with his son. In conclusion, Thank You for Smoking, is a brilliant piece of satirical work in which the protagonist can easily turn any argument in his favor.
