This is now the last week of class for English. This semester I have gained much experience on what it takes to become a successful persuasive writer. At the beginning of the semester I felt like I always was missing an essential part to my writing and now I have become more understanding and gained a better overview of what it will take to write a better paper. I use to just plainly write my persuasive essays without much insight of what I was actually saying. Now I pay more attention to what I am doing whether it be thinking about counterarguments or reading my paper from an audiences' point of view. There are many ways a persuasive essay can be a strong paper but without the essentials the paper just will fail to click. That is how I felt many times earlier this year and after writing and learning more about the essentials of persuasive essays I have a much better and enjoyable time writing.
